  2. CB reads minutes of last meeting in Barcelona, november 2003. and are adopted.

  3. CB presents the updated list of members and fees received. TD comments that it is very important the contribution of the delegates to cover only some of the expenses of europrev. Also comments it will be very important in the future to seek for funding if we want to increase our activities.
Antonia will sent the updated list to all the delegates.

  4. Nutrition guideline: CB comments the history of this guideline for those presents who were not aware of the project. It is expected that from the feedback that we have in the presentation of the guideline at the Conference we will make the final changes and prepare ir for publication. CM comments that it would be important to include references in the text. RP says that in fact there is a list of references but they were not included at this version.

  5. CB comments that we have been invited to participate at Fourth Heelsum International Workshop 'Empowering Family Doctors and Patients in Nutrition Communication'. TD who will also participate as a member of the scientific committee explains a little bit of backgroung of the Heelsum workshop. It is an excellent forum to disseminate our activities.

  6. WONCA Orlando. CB comments that two europrev abstracts have been accepted at the WONCA conference in Orlando: one with the results of the europrev survey and another the results of the survey to national colleges of GPs in Europe concerning implementation of CV disease prevention guidelines .
RB comments the activities that will be carried out in Orlando concerning tobacco cessation. He would like that CB on behalf of europrev could participate in one of the forums. He will send him an email with more details in this respect.

  7. Open discussion

CM comments the importance of webpage of europrev and the need to improve and update regularly. Also it is commented the need to apply for research grants at the EU. M G-C will search possibilities and will inform us about possibilities in the near future.
